因本合同发生的一切争议，由当事人协商解决，协商不成的，提交宁波仲裁委员会仲裁。
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to Ningbo Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its existing rules of arbiation.
