10月29－30日，2009年全国仲裁工作年会在天津召开，本委副秘书长胡郁平参加了本次会议。来自各地仲裁机构广泛交流仲裁事业发展的经验，分析问题，提出对策，会议决定2010年仲裁年会在上海举行。
