经市法制办党组研究，决定：
钱旭同志任宁波仲裁委员会办公室立案处副处长（正科级）。
刘建军同志任宁波仲裁委员会办公室审理处副处长（正科级）。
徐玎同志任宁波仲裁委员会办公室综合处副处长（正科级）。
上述同志任职时间从2015年2月12日法制办党组会议通过之日起计算。

因本合同发生的一切争议，由当事人协商解决，协商不成的，提交宁波仲裁委员会仲裁。
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to Ningbo Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its existing rules of arbiation.
