宁波仲裁委员会新规则于2015年1月1日正式实施

为适应国内国际商事仲裁实践的发展，进一步满足当事人的需要，宁波仲裁委在吸收国际最新研究成果，并结合自身实践经验的基础上，对2012版《仲裁规则》进行了修订。新《仲裁规则》已于2014年8月28日第四届宁波仲裁委员会第四次会议讨论并通过，定于2015年1月1日起正式实施。

仲裁示范条款
因本合同发生的一切争议，由当事人协商解决，协商不成的，提交宁波仲裁委员会仲裁。
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to Ningbo Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its existing rules of arbiation.
